At Dynamic Smile Design, we’re not only committed to providing the highest quality dentistry using the most advanced technology available; we’re committed to transforming the entire dental experience. Our Orlando dental practice provides a dental experience that is relaxed, pleasant and sometimes even rejuvenating! We never double-book! In fact, we only schedule one patient at a time. This is practically unheard of in the dental industry. We’re sure you’ve had the experience of going to the dentist and having the dentist hop from patient to patient as if he or she was in a mad rush to accommodate too many patients in too little time. We’re committed to providing you with a different kind of experience. One where you are the complete focus of our entire team’s attention. We feel this type of scheduling is better for everyone: You are in and out of the office quicker, Dr. Puig can focus all her energy on you without having to divide her time between patients and our team is able to do what they do best — make you feel comfortable. Building Relationships - We know of no other dental practice that meets every morning to discuss each appointment with the entire team. We take that extra step because it makes a difference for our patients. Our patients aren’t sure how we seem to always know what they need before they need it, but they’re glad we do. This level of service is what makes Dynamic Smile Design different from other dental practices in Central Florida, and what has caused us to build long-term relationships with our patients and their families.

At Dynamic Smile Design, we utilize only the best materials available including adhesives with strong tensile strength. We also have carefully chosen a local dental lab that uses the finest quality of porcelain and high quality gold for your cosmetic and restorative dental needs. The systems we have created all revolve around quality. We make sure that your crowns and bridges are constructed perfectly by taking a digital radiograph before the restoration is completed. In addition, our lab technician often visits our office in order to choose the perfect tooth color for your restoration to match your existing teeth. We also send our lab technician photographs and measurements so that we may achieve the optimal result for you. These are just a few of the many examples of how we uphold our high standards of quality in our practice.
What makes your atmosphere so relaxing? When you walk into Dynamic Smile Design, you’ll forget you’re at the dentist’s office. Instead, you may think you’re at the beautiful home of a good friend, or at a relaxing spa away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. You’ll immediately begin to relax as your senses are filled with soothing sights, sounds and smells. Soft music, fresh flowers, a light touch of aromatherapy and comforting water fountains all blend together to help you unwind. During your treatment, one of our team members will offer you aneck pillow, blanket, an iPod with a library of music, a selection of DVDs, warm face towels, a complimentary hand paraffin wax treatment…all designed to help you relax.

What can I expect on my first visit? Next, you’ll go on a short tour of the office before heading to the treatment room where Dr. Puig will conduct a comprehensive oral evaluation, including a periodontal and oral cancer exam. Your initial appointment also includes a full series of digital radiographs. Dr. Puig will explain your treatment options and help you choose the treatment and schedule of treatment that works best for your life and your budget. At Dynamic Smile Design, you choose which treatment option you are most comfortable with. You will receive a customized CD to take home with you, which will explain any recommended treatment and summarize your visit at Dynamic Smile Design. The treatment option you select is important to our entire staff. We will never rush you into making a decision. Our goal is to make sure you are well informed and comfortable with whatever decision you make. We pride ourselves on taking extra steps to discuss, inform and educate you of your options.
What are my payment options? At Dynamic Smile Design, we accept most dental insurance, payments by cash or check and accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment for services at Dynamic Smile Design is due at the time of services. We immediately file your claims with your insurance company electronically for faster processing.
CareCredit Because we believe that everyone deserves to receive the dental treatment needed to achieve the smile they’ve always wanted, we offer CareCredit to our patients, which provides interest-free payment options and extended payment plans

Can you help me make sense out of my insurance? We understand that sometimes you need help understanding your dental insurance coverage. That’s why our insurance experts are available to explain your benefits and make any recommendations in terms of how to maximize your benefits.
What kind of insurance can I use in your office? You can utilize your dental benefits at our office if your plan allows you the freedom to select the dentist of your choice or if you have a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO).
