What makes you different from other dental practices?
Before our doors open each morning, our team members gather to discuss the most important aspect of our practice: our patients! We review each appointment and treatment scheduled for the day, share ideas and information, and familiarize ourselves with any concerns you may be facing. Our main goal: to make you as comfortable as possible while providing the best dental care you’ve ever experienced.

We never double-book! – In fact, we only schedule one patient at a time, which is practically unheard of in the dental industry. We’re sure you’ve had the experience of going to the dentist and having the doctor hop from patient to patient in a mad rush to accommodate too many patients in too little time. We’re committed to providing you with a different kind of experience. One where you have our entire team’s undivided attention. We feel this type of scheduling is better for everyone. You’re in and out of the office quicker; Dr. Puig can focus all of her energy on you without having to divide her time between patients; and our team can do what they do best – make you comfortable.
Building relationships – We know of no other dental practice that meets every morning to discuss each appointment with the entire team. We take that extra step because it makes a difference for you. What makes your atmosphere so relaxing?
When you walk into Dynamic Smile Design, you may think that you’ve entered the beautiful home of a good friend, or a relaxing spa away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life – not a dentist’s office! You’ll immediately begin to relax as your senses are soothed with pleasing sights, sounds, and smells. Soft music, fresh flowers, a light touch of aromatherapy, and the comforting trickle of water fountains all blend together to help you unwind.
During your treatments, partake of a neck pillow, blanket, an iPod with a library of music, a selection of DVDs, warm face towels, a complimentary hand paraffin wax treatment, and more…all designed to help you relax. Learn more about our amenities and patient comforts.
What are your hours?
We’re in the office Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Fridays times are available by appointment only.
Do you offer general dentistry?
At Dynamic Smile Design, we use the latest technology and techniques to provide a comprehensive range of general dentistry services for adults and children, including dental hygiene, checkups, periodontal exams, fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and more. Making an appointment is easy. Simply call us to schedule your preferred date and time, and we’ll gladly schedule a consultation.
Do you offer cosmetic dentistry?

Dr. Puig proudly offers advanced aesthetic dentistry. Do you offer children’s dentistry services?
Yes, we offer dental services for most children ages 10 and older.
What can I expect on my first visit?
You’ll personally meet with Dr. Elena Puig for your consultation at Dynamic Smile Design. This gives Dr. Puig a chance to answer your questions, learn about your concerns, and discuss your goals.
Next, you’ll take a short tour of the office, then head to a comfortable treatment room. Dr. Puig will conduct a comprehensive oral evaluation, including a periodontal exam, laser cavity detection, and an oral cancer screening. We’ll also take a full series of digital radiographs (X-rays) and digital photographs.
Dr. Puig will explain your treatment options and help you choose the ones that meet your needs, schedule, and budget. At Dynamic Smile Design, you choose which treatment options you’re most comfortable with. You’ll receive a customized informational packet to take home with you that explains recommended treatments and summarize your visit to our Orlando dental office. The packet is a good tool to help you make oral healthcare decisions that are in your best interest.
We’ll never rush you into making a decision. Our goal is to make sure that you’re informed and comfortable with your choices. We pride ourselves on taking extra steps to educate our patients.
What are my payment options?
At Dynamic Smile Design, we accept most dental insurance plans and payments made with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Payment is due at the time of service. We’ll electronically file your insurance claim and work with your insurance company to expedite processing.
Because we believe that everyone deserves to achieve the smile they’ve always wanted, we’ve partnered with CareCredit, Chase Health Advance, and CitiHealth. These leaders in third-party financing offer low- and no-interest payments plans for virtually every budget. What kind of insurance can I use in your office?
You can use your dental benefits at our Orlando office if your plan lets you select your dentist, or if you have a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO). For information about your particular insurance plan and benefit amounts, give us a call. We’ll be happy to help.
