Meet the Team

Lisa – Registered Dental Hygienist

Lisa joined our team in 2003. She has 20 years of experience in dentistry and a dental hygiene degree from Valencia Community College. Lisa loves helping patients achieve lasting oral health and working with a team committed to quality dentistry. She is a member of the Florida Dental Hygiene Association. Lisa has been married for 18 years and cares for her elderly aunt. When not helping patients, Lisa volunteers at a nursing home and rescues stray cats.

Barb – Registered Dental Hygienist

With over 13 years of experience in dental hygiene, Barb brings a wealth of dental knowledge and expertise to our practice. She possesses degrees in both dental hygiene and general education, which blend well in the field of dentistry. Barb loves the personable, professional atmosphere and is proud to be part of a practice that offers high-quality dentistry in a comfortable, soothing atmosphere. Barb’s sense of job satisfaction stems from her desire to help people. She loves educating our patients about the benefits of oral health and building lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect.

In 2000, Barb married her college sweetheart, and they are raising two adorable boys and a lab mix that’s considered a fifth member of the family. Away from the office, Barb focuses her energy on family time, shopping, playing the clarinet, playing softball, and playing tennis.

Ethel – Office Manager

Ethel keeps things running smoothly as our business team leader. She’s been in dentistry for 15 years and joined our practice in 2004. Ethel has a degree in dental hygiene and is a registered hygienist. She’s currently pursuing studies at the University of Central Florida College of Business Administration. Ethel loves being a part of our amazing team and delivering exemplary service. She deems it a privilege to work with Dr. Puig. Outside the office, Ethel enjoys deejaying, cooking, dining out, traveling, and spending time with her three dogs.

Debbie – Patient Care Coordinator

Debbie is proud to proclaim that she has been a member of the dental community for 14 wonderful years. She joined our team in 2005, and she’s proven an invaluable asset. As our patient care coordinator, Debbie helps people achieve their dental goals with creative financing options and flexible scheduling. Knowing that our patients receive exceptional care in a state-of-the-art facility makes Debbie’s job rewarding on many levels.

Happily married, Debbie and her husband have three children. In her free hours, she cherishes time spent with family, sitting down with a good book, and creating new recipes for her family to try.

Maddie – Treatment Coordinator

Maddie is one of the newest members of our team. She brings with her 13 years of experience in dentistry and is a registered dental radiographer. Maddie values the high standards of our practice and looks forward to coming to work each day. She is married with two children. On the weekends, Maddie serves as a wedding and event decorator. She likes to ride horses and will soon begin training to compete in barrel racing.

Mandi – Certified Dental Assistant

Mandi has five years of experience in dentistry and attended Charlotte Technical Center. She is certified by the Dental Assisting National Board. Mandi appreciates Dr. Puig's masterful work and our team’s meticulous attention to detail. A resident of Altamonte Springs, Mandi and her boyfriend have two dogs. In her spare time, Mandi enjoys playing with her dogs, reading, running, going to the movies, and cooking.

Danny – Dental Assistant

Danny attended High Tech Institute and has been assisting Dr. Puig for the past year. She enjoys our forward-thinking philosophy and working with our team to change patients’ lives through quality dental care. Danny is engaged to be married. When not at work, she likes to spend time with her friends, take her puppy to the dog park, scrapbook, and garden.
