Sterilization is an important concern for both patients and dentists. At our Orlando office, each member of our team is trained on the latest sterilization methods to provide you with the safest dental care possible.

To ensure optimum safety, we:

• Test our high-pressure, high-temperature, steam sterilizer monthly to ensure that proper levels are reached to kill all existing bacteria and viruses
• Follow strict guidelines set by OSHA and the Centers for Disease Control
• Individually sterilize and wrap every dental handpiece (drill) after each use
• Protect water/air syringes, light switches, handles, and other items from cross-contamination
• Wear disposable gloves
• Clean our hands thoroughly between patients
• Use disposable products whenever possible
